The goal of this article is to proposing a conceptual MODEL explaining the Information Systems INTEGRATION. In this paper, passing the concept of Intra-Organizational Information Systems INTEGRATION, we emphasis on the concept of Inter-Organizational INTEGRATION. The problem is what the Information Systems INTEGRATION is, and which problems the organizations face. The method using in this research is a four step method proposed according to the system thinking and related theories in this domain. Due to the fact that, emphasizing on the Inter-Organizational Information Systems, at the first step we draw an expanded conceptual MODEL of the Organizational Informatics Doman between the two organizations. After that, this MODEL expands within the network of organizations. This MODEL has a lot of applications. For example, using this MODEL, we can provide a list of the important and required managerial and technical issues for the successful implementation of INTEGRATION projects, which these expensive projects and programs will fail without this notification. Moreover, aggregating cognitive propositions extracting from this MODEL, we are able to achieve an initial theory regarding Information Systems INTEGRATION.

Choosing the appropriate project requires good planning based on scientific foundations, especially in Iraq, due to the tremendous development witnessed in the construction industry. Incorrect selection of projects leads to many challenges that may accompany the project throughout its implementation period such as delay in delivery, exceeding the planned cost, overlapping work, and finally, project stopping. In Iraq, focusing on contractor selection, specifically who submits the lowest bid, regardless of the actual feasibility of the project and the INTEGRATION of its components, led to the spread of random projects that do not achieve their true purpose due to neglect of INTEGRATION. The following steps were followed to overcome the mentioned problems: (1) Thirty-one influence factors on choosing the appropriate project were identified through an extensive review of the literature; (2) Only seven factors were selected according to the Fuzzy Delphi Technique (FDT); (3) The priority and weight of each factor were determined through pairwise comparisons using the Analytical Network Process (ANP). As a result, a MODEL was developed to select the most appropriate project, and to verify the validity of the proposed MODEL, a case study was applied to three projects for constructing residential complexes belonging to the private sector, which can give an excellent view of the efficiency of the basic project elements, which are structural/organizational, technical, and financial aspects in selecting the best project.

Timely responsiveness to the requirements of the organisation and an orderly supply in right quantities, with the right price for quality, from the right supplier, at the right time and place can never be achieved except through INTEGRATION within every level of the organisation, namely suppliers, storage and distribution units, transportation and other logistics service sections. Bearing in mind the significance of INTEGRATION in logistics organisations and bodies, this research defines a comprehensive concept on INTEGRATION in logistics, investigates existing literature on the subject and further attempts to present an overarching conceptual framework and definition on supply chain and logistics INTEGRATION will be made. In this regard, the present study initially investigates the definitive concepts in an array of domains and in particular, supply chain and logistics, and goes on to analyse past studies in terms of dimensions of INTEGRATION, INTEGRATION MODEL, INTEGRATION evaluation and case studies. Based upon the existing body of literature the present research then analyses the components of the logistics INTEGRATION MODEL in two domains of dimension and elements of INTEGRATION and ultimately presents a conceptual MODEL framework for logistics INTEGRATION.

A Control Chart can be designed based on heuristic, statistical, economic or economic statistical assumptions. When a control chart such as multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) control chart is employed to monitor a production process, three parameters should be determined; subgroup size, sampling frequency and the control limits. This paper provides an algorithm for economic-statistical designing the PPCUSUM control charts parameters based on simulation approach. Finally, example and sensivity analysis are presented.
